sign/decrypt solved

Thanks to Owen who tried to help when
I couldn't get the decrypt to work in
pine, & thanks to R.Bradley Tilley who
had responded to someone else's question
about moving gpg files to new machine.
Had used the old users files to shorten
the setup time for new users, chown right
on the files but not chmod. That solved
the problem. Can decrypt both in pine
auto & manually on command line now.
No more errror messages. Thanks very
much.
