Running Windows 2000 version of GnuPG in Batch?

We've recently installed GnuPG on our Windows 2000 server and now need =
to run our processes in an automated batch environment. I've tried to =
find information regarding this issue to no avail.  Does anyone have any =
experience running the Windows version of GnuPG in batch mode? If so =
could you please contact me with information on how to do this...
