Kmail and gpg

Hello Group,

I've been struggling with this.......

After upgrading to KDE 3.0.3 and Kmail 1.4.3, I cannot encrypt new emails=
=2E I=20
can decrypt incoming with no problem. Just can't encrypt new ones. The lo=
ck=20
icon is shaded out...and the pull downs are as well.=20

I'm running gpg 1.0.7

Somebody told me I needed to run kpgp. But I haven't been able to find th=
at.=20

I'm running SuSE 8.1 by the way.

Any help would truly be appreciated.=20
