You will have to reallocate trust (a common problem) for all your=20
private keys and allocate trust (by locally signing?) public keys that=20
you are going to use to encrypt.

Its KGPG and is at http://devel-home.kde.org/~kgpg/index.html

You don't need it as its only a front end to GPG, but it makes life=20
easier.
