Please use the Key Properties dialog to find out if you really
have the public and the secret key. If you have both, the dialog
says "Key Pair" (Schlüsselpaar).

I guess the secret key was *not* imported. Please also check
"gpg --list-secret-keys" on the command line.

Either update to WinPT 0.5.13 or use 
"gpg --allow-secret-key-import --import your_seckey.gpg"
