Yes.

That is an OpenPGP internal data structure and should not be parsed by
non OpenPGP applications because it is only of relevance when
processed in certain contexts.  GnuPG is a layer above OpenPGP and
presents the information in a way non-OpenPGP aware applications are
able to understand.
