Then I think you don`t have the keys for the security updates. You
should have:

pub  1024D/22458A98 2000-07-10 Mandrake Linux Security Team
                              <security at mandrakesoft.com>
uid                          Linux Mandrake Security Team
                              <security at linux-mandrake.com>
sub 1024g/6F3F9BC6 2000-07-10

in your rpm-keyring.

It`s not so much Mandrake 9.2 as the current version of rpm (4.2) which is
different from that included with Mandrake < 9.2
