I'm not sure if this might help, but one user was able to import his rpm
keys for MDK 9.2 from his CDROM media. In case the link below gets
broken from linewrapping, he mounted his install media and entered:
rpm --import /mnt/cdrom/RPM-GPG-KEYS
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=mandrake+rpm+gpg+keyring+site:mandrakelinux.com&hl=en&lr=lang_en&ie=UTF-8&oe=ISO-8859-1&scoring=d&selm=1133602.UDI8C0e8O9%40cooke-main-box.madhouse&rnum=2
