www.pgp.com is the easiest to use, but a commercial product. Gdata (http://tinyurl.com/yhi2 translated from German) makes a plug-in for outlook, but it has rough edges, and as far as I know still does not support PGP-MIME. www.Winpt.org isn't an outlook plug-in, but runs in the system tray.
