Fatal exception error

Hi, I am new to Gnupg.
Everytime i run --gen-key it always generate fatal exception error at then, just wondering why does it happen ? seems like everything works well in my friend's computer.
The other thing is, the others gnupg command work fine, can anyone help me ?
