You might want to upgrade to mutt 1.4 and stop using the old procmail header
munging method.  In mutt 1.4 there is a check-traditional-pgp function
(bound to <ESC>-P by default) that will parse a message for pgp content and
decrypt/verify it if needed.  This works even on multipart/mixed messages
(most of the ones I've tested at least).
