I found that plug-in caused random crashes of Outlook. I =
recommend
GPGRelay as an alternative in cases where people have problems.
Also I recommend for "Mom/Grandma" scenario the use of GPGShell
(or WinPT which is open source; I prefer the GPGShell UI).
