We have done this for a couple of years on different events.  The
problem is that new people pop up at the key signing party or did not
sent their key in for the listing.  So after all you have to do the
regular keysigning anyway and thus their is no time saving.

Standing all in a raw and then one after one walking down the row,
handing out a sheet with the fingerprint and showing the identity card
to everyone and finally enqueuing up at the end again is probably the
fastest method.
