gnupg version compatibility

    People,

    A while back I was complaining that my keyring from home refused to
work with gnupg 1.0.6 at work. I upgraded to 1.0.7 and the problem went
away.=20
    Now, I'm getting the same errors trying to use gnupg-1.2.1-4.=20
