First problem was I was using GPG 1.2.1. I was able to get it to work
from the command prompt in GPG 1.2.2, but have not been able to get it
to work from option file in GPGshell using GPGtools.

| X:\Temp>gpg --detach-sign --mangle-dos-filenames --armor mjs189.doc
| gpg: NOTE: old default options file `X:/Program Files/GnuPG\options' ignored

Obviously I change email address and key#. I haven NOT been successful
from the GUI interface GPGshell.
