Upgrade from 1.0.7-6 to 1.2.2 in RedHat 8.0

Compiling your own will put it into /usr/local, while the RPM version
goes into /usr.  You most likely have /usr/bin before /usr/local/bin
in your path.

Running /usr/local/bin/gpg --version will be 1.2.2, I think.
