Problems installing winpt

Hello,

I do not have Windows(XP). So I cannot help a person, who tried to
download winpt. She writes:

1. step:
---   www.winpt.org/de/download html

2. step:
---   heading "Stabile Version"(stable version)
...... "graphisches Installationsprogramm für WinPT 0.5.13" angeklickt

She gets:
"Warnung: 550/pub/winpt/winpt-0.5.13-installer.exe:No such file or 
directory"

Once she could download it, but:

C:\Dokumente und 
Einstellungen\...\Desktop\winpt-0.5.13-installer.exe ist keine 
zulässige Win32-Anwendung. (not an usable win32-executable)

Do you have any hints?
