MDC Confusion

--openpgp currently disables MDC generation because rfc2440 does not
specify MDC yet.  As soon as a new OpenPPG RFC is out we will change
that of course.

Simply leave out --openpgp and you get the default GnuPG behaviour.
The CVS version has also an --gnupg option to force use of the GnuPG
defaults (i.e. rfc2440bis).
