difference between 2 pgp2x keys

I cannot find difference between 2 keys.
First (6E405209) I was made gpg --home ./ --expert --pgp2 --gen-key
Second (9B5F5147) I was made in The Bat! 2.0 (internal PGP)

GnuPG 1.2.3 from www.nullify.org (idea is on, gpg.conf is default)

I can inport second key into TBat! and cannot import first key :(

Could you help me find difference?
I had try gpg --with-colons with list-keys and list-secret-keys,
but I cannot look difference :(

Please help me
