RTFM !!!


  --homedir directory
       Set  the  name  of  the  home  directory to directory If this
       option is not used it defaults to  "~/.gnupg".  It  does  not
       make sense to use this in a options file. This also overrides
       the environment variable "GNUPGHOME".
