The Gnupg site has a link (under related software -> libraries) to EGD,
an entropy gathering daemon written in perl.  The latest version is
available on SourceForge: http://egd.sourceforge.net.  There's also
prngd, another rng with an egd compatible interface, written in C,
available at
http://www.aet.tu-cottbus.de/personen/jaenicke/postfix_tls/prngd.html
