[Announce] GnuPG 1.3.5 released (development)

Hi,

configured for Darwin 7.0 --enable-rsa, and installed under Mac OS X 
10.3.2.
Included idea.c in cipher.

All seems to be running correctly. MacGPG applications and Preferences 
running fine.

Thanks to the Gnupg team for their work.
