Instead of using a MUA (OL2003) specific plugin, you could use
GPGrelay which is a PGP aware SMTP/POP3 proxy. It will work with any
MUA and can make PGP encryption/decryption/signing automatic and
perhaps invisible, which can be an advantage when dealing with less
technically minded computer users.
