This wasn't announced anywhere (that I'm aware of), unfortunately,
but now points to, the site of
the new SKS keyserver, instead of, the site
of the well-known pks and LDAP keyservers.

Also, everyone who uses/prefers LDAP, please make it a point to submit
your keys to ldap://, which is synchronized
with other public keyservers.  ldap:// has not shared
keys with other keyservers for a long time now.
