The official Enigmail list can be joined at

But there is also an unofficial Thunderbird forum which you can join at 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Mozilla_Thunderbird/

This yahoogroup was set up by Nick Andriash, who also set up the 
PGP-Basics yahoogroup, so it could be of use.  But these are both 
UNOFFICIAL yahoogroups
