insecure memory warning in 2.0.0

There are some changes int 1.2.4 but they are for actually printing
the warning.  Are you sure you see the 

  Warning: using insecure memory!

and not 

  can't lock memory: XXXX

or 

  Please note that you don't have secure memory on this system

The first needs some debugging.  Set a breakpoint to
secmem.c:lock_pool in libgcrypt.  The second might be solvable using
strace and for the last Ineed to look into config.log

If anyone can give me access to such a system it would make things
easier.
