Compression routines - please include 7-Zip

So join the IETF working group, and champion its cause. If you've read the 
posts on this thread, you've seen that this is the only way it's going to 
happen.

Also, please remember that you can already compress your file with 
whatever algorithm you want, then encrypt it, so this whole discussion is 
silly.
