IDEA is not even supported by 1.4 - it is kind of coincidence that
there is a way to plugin the IDEA module ;-)

Thus there will be no support for IDEA in gpg2 - well maybe in 2010
but I really doubt that at that time anyone will still ask for a 64
bit block cipher.
