import secret subkey

It appears that an entry already exists for this issue as "issue 318". It was closed as "resolved" with the message:

"Won't be changed,  GnuPG 2 will eventually use an entirely
different scheme to manage secret keys."

Should I create a new issue or can you just re-open the existing issue?
