'Win' indicates a contest or struggle.  Enigmail simply passes the
Commands set via 'Preferences' to GPG first so that they override any
similar ones in gpg.conf.  I have sent a 'Sample' gpg.conf to Marc
directly in hopes of jump starting Him.
