How to enable the reader's keypad

The keypad is only enabled for certain readers:

You may add you vendor id (scd/ccid-driver.c) and test it.  Let me know
if that works and I will add the reader.

Further we don't support them when using PC/SC.  At the time I added the
support PC/SC had no standard for using the keypads.
