Where is FAQ?

There is a FAQ at http://www.gnupg.org/faq.html but it does not
contain your question.

if you --sign and --encrypt a file in one go -- as one would
normally -- gnupg first signs and then encrypt the signed data.
The order of the --sign and --encrypt commands on the command
line does not matter.
