Run

  gpgconf --list-dirs

It shows a list of all directories in the form of a key and a value
separated by a colon. The line with the key "homedir" is what you want.
The values are percent escaped, for example "C%25\foo" means "C:\foo".
If you enter a directory name, you may need to use a backslash instead
of a forward slash.
