Hi,

Following the release of 1.1.4, subset.pool.sks-keyservers.net now has a
minimum requirement for version 1.1.4. That means that, in addition to
the other improvements in this versions, this pool is now working fully
with Elliptic Curve Public keys as described in RFC6637.
