gpg-agent crashes on Windows 10

Hi,

after updating to Windows 10 on one of colleagues system gpg-agent crashes:

When trying to e.g. decrypt an email ("gpg testmail.eml") and entering the
passphrase, gpg-agent crashes with:

Did anyone notice this before? Is there a solution around?
I did not find anything in the bugtracker, so if not I am happy to file a bug
and provide more information if required.
