Well, that trumps my need to leave GPG signed copies of completing the
ITAR questionaire on the git server, so thanks for that.

If you happen to run into anyone who was working in their SNAC
division around 2008, thank them for me.  Though their copy has since
been taken off their website, this little document proved invaluable
in a little data forensics job I did in 2015:

I'll never meet the author and probably never even know who it was,
but there work was greatly appreciated (to the tune of a five figure
pay day for five days of work).
