GPA errors when creating key pair

Dear List,

I am trying to help somebody to set up GPG4Win. He uses Win10. Trying to
create a new key pair using GPA, GPA returns: "The GPGME library
returned an unexpected
error at gpagenkeyadvop.c:163. The error was: Invalid argument"

How can this be resolved?
