That's interesting.
All keys have the same comment in User ID field (random key):
$ gpg -k D81FE9F91ED6AA9F

And they all are just one primary key (no subkeys) with all capabilities.
Email addresses use the same domain "parlament.gv.at" so it would be a
perfect place to deploy WKD for these keys :)
