I've heard from some old archives...

And am wondering if or when the Curve448 (Ed448-Goldilocks - will be implemented.
It would be nice to have matching the presumed levels of security 
of the standard NIST curves P-384 and P-521. From the sources I've
read it seems like this was on the books. I know that TLS has already
implemented it into their standards in 2017. When can we expect GnuPG
to step up?
