unknown modified files in GNUPGHOME

The usual backup file without the last edit.  gpg writes to a new file,
renames the old file to *~, and then renames the new file to the
original file.

Some CRL was updated.  CRLs are downloaded after the have expired,
verified and the content then stored in a constant database (tinycdb)
for index access to the entries.
