This doesn't look like a real keyserver. Did you redact this, or is
this really what is currently configured in dirmngr.conf?

If you currently have "pool.sks-keyservers.net" configured in
dirmngr.conf, please note that it has been deprecated for some time.
Try a known working keyserver such as keyserver.ubuntu.com or
pgpkeys.eu instead, and see if it works better.
