Upgrading Gpg4win

[Echi Hearthstone]

Recently wanted to upgrade to the latest Gpg version on Windows 10 using 
installer,  and now is receiving an error in cmd

"c:\>gpg -H
gpg: Fatal: libgcrypt is too old (need 1.9.1, have 1.8.8)"

Being more of a novices at this, how might I solve this issue, as I want 
to get into using this more often.
