Does not look "fine" to me:

configure:9456: Use gpgrt-config as libassuan-config
configure:9519: checking for LIBASSUAN - version >= 3.0.0

***   https://gnupg.org/ftp/gcrypt/libassuan/
*** (at least version 3.0.0 (API 3) is required).

AFAIUI gnupg master requires libassuan 3 which has not yet been released.
