Seconded. The United States Constitution, and the European Convention on
Human Rights, continue to exist and be judiciable in courts systems that
(for the most part) continue to function normally.
We should not panic, but neither should we be complacent. I appreciate
of course that this is a hard balance to strike with the news looking
like... well, this. *gestures around*
We will (eventually) prevail. It will be bumpy in the meantime though,
so buckle in.
