Upgrade to newest version

How do I keep the latest version of GnuPG on my Ubuntu 25.10 
installation? The official repository of Ubuntu only has version 2.4.8. 
Simply upgrading gpg to the latest version by compiling it myself isn't 
much help—the other tools (dirmngr, gpg-agent, etc.) need to be updated 
to match that version.
