[gnutls-dev]new tasks

Some tasks I believe they are important for gnutls are:

1. Add support for PKCS-12 encoded certificates and keys
2. Add some support for some of the so called EXPORT ciphersuites

I'll try to work on these in some time, which might be a long
time, because I do not expect to be able to work before october.
So it might be great if anyone could take care any of these tasks.
