[gnutls-dev] patch for gnutls and alloca use

attached is a small patch for lib/gnutls_mem.h and lib/minitasn1/mem.h,
to respect if HAVE_ALLOCA_H is set by autoconf,
and include alloca.h

This is *REQUIRED* for compiliation on some platforms.
