[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix linking of libecore.a on Solaris (!773)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

I do not think we should re-introduce the gnulib iconv module. Apart from the fact that the library doesn't depend on iconv, it caused problems in windows in the past by preventing the native code being used. An alternative could be to disable that test in solaris.
