[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | docs: stress the byte order in GOST key points (!732)

@nmav, @vcunat  sorry, got distracted by other tasks and forgot about this PR

@vcunat do you need a function to import/export LE-encoded datum? Would you prefer for these functions to use LE-encded datum? They are not used by my current code, so I do not have any preference here.

The comment is correct, but maybe it would be better to change the code here.
