@lumag: no, it seems quite easy to reverse the bytes (you may see the linked MR).  The hard part was to guess that I should do it :-)  The DNS RFC [specifies the order](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5933#section-2) but the gnutls API doesn't, so I implicitly assumed them to be the same...
